The Road Ahead for Carve
So long 2020. Hello, 2021!
Wow! What a way to end the year for Carve! We got off to a rough start but saw some fantastic wins to get us some much-needed momentum heading into the new year.
Now that the platform has launched and we have been able to release our pools, we will focus on our next quarterly epics. To keep things fully transparent with our users, we wanted to give you a nice preview of some of those key upcoming milestones.
JANUARY ‘21
👨🔧 UI Updates to APY.
We wanted to address all the small UI issues that users noticed around APY, and the rewards presented. Most of the tweaks have already been made and pushed into production, but we will continue to monitor these changes to ensure real numbers are showing to users.
🛬 Carve Airdrop for V1 users
We will be doing an airdrop soon for users who participated in V1 of our Carve launch. As mentioned, we are waiting for price stability and additional time for our pre-sale users but should be releasing details within the week.
🦎 CoinGecko Listing
We have submitted our info and are still waiting for Coingecko to approve and go live with our listing. We have heard nothing about making us think this will not happen within the next few days.
💦 New Rewards Pools
Voting has opened up for our community to add new Carve Pools. We will deploy the top 3 voted pools to the platform once voting ends in 2-weeks.

🏛 Governance Snapshot
This quarter's huge milestone is enabling our governance snapshot and truly empowering our community with the power to vote. Once enabled, users will decide on key proposals and determine where and how the platform operates.
🔐 Carve Vaults 1.0
Vaults will allow users to take advantage of high yield farming strategies without all the manual effort required while minimizing gas fees and transferring difficult management decisions to community governance.
FEBRUARY ‘21
⛽️ Chi Token Integration
We will move to enable support for Chi token integration on all the protocols at a smart contract level, meaning our depositors will save more than half of the gas price.
🗣 Carve Referal system and outreach
To help our word-of-mouth advertising and help grow our user base, we are looking to enable a referral system that allows users to get rewards by referring other investors.

👨🎨 V2 UI Revamp
We have been in the works for months on a new, more user-friendly experience for Carve. Once we are beyond our MVP phase, we can flex our muscles and roll out some additional features for our users and look to differentiate ourselves even more so.
